What We Do:

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) is a HUD funded program that empowers local youth to achieve housing stability by supporting employment, education, and social-emotional well-being. YHDP provides comprehensive services including personalized case management, transitional housing, and rapid re-housing through rental assistance for those currently enrolled in the program.

Who We Serve:

YHDP serves youth ages 18 to 24 who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness within the Greater Chattanooga area.

How to Get Started

Referrals are made through the Homeless Coalition 423.710.1501. Program capacity is limited, and new inquiries will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
