Nearly 150 Years of Impact in Tennessee Valley

Established in 1877, the Partnership for Families, Children and Adults has served the Tennessee Valley for over a century as a distinguished non-profit. Providing counseling, crisis intervention, and prevention programs, the agency evolved from the Ladies Aid Society through mergers guided by United Way. Renowned for its community impact and excellent management, the Partnership was named Non-Profit Organization of the Year by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, continuing as a vital support pillar in the region.

Building Safety, Stability, and Hope for Empowered Communities

At Partnership, we are deeply committed to creating a culture where every individual feels safe, supported, and empowered. Our mission is to transform pain into resilience, fear into courage, and darkness into light, establishing a beacon of hope during even the darkest times. By fostering safety and stability, we uplift and empower our communities, driving meaningful change and nurturing hope for a brighter future. Together, we build a foundation that supports transformation and celebrates the courage of those we serve, making a lasting impact on individuals and families across the region.
