Empowering People To Build Better Lives
The Partnership recently received an anonymous gift of $50,000 toward the 2009 Times Neediest Cases campaign. This 95 year-old campaign is published annually by the Chattanooga Times Free Press and raises funds for the neediest individuals in our community for staples such as electricity, food, and shelter.
The staff and board of the Partnership would like to express our deepest gratitude to this anonymous donor by saying THANK YOU for your gift. Your willingness to give in such dire economic times is inspring to us, as we are certain it has inspired many in the Greater Chattanooga community. Since we do not know your name, and will likely never knowingly meet you in person, we hope that this simple "thank you" will relay to you how much we appreciate your generosity. Because of you, we will be able to serve many, many more people in need this year, and even next year.
Thank you again, anonymous donor.
The Partnership has been named a finalist in WTCI's Be More Awards for our La Amiga program, which was designed to provide outreach to the Latina population to prevent domestic violence and raise awareness of resources for victims. We were selected in the "Be More Creative" category for innovation. You can vote now through February 15th for the Partnership to receive the People's Choice Award just by clicking the link to the left. For more information, visit www.wtcitv.org. Thank you for your vote!
