Youth Services
Youth Housing and Independent Living Support in Chattanooga
Partnership for Families, Children and Adults provides essential services for youth and young adults facing housing instability, aging out of foster care, or transitioning into independent living. Our programs offer consistent support, safe housing, and guidance to help young people build self-sufficiency and long-term stability.
Mentoring for Economic Mobility
We support youth through one-on-one coaching focused on career development, job readiness, and education planning. Mentors guide participants in setting goals and building life skills—financial literacy, communication, time management, and healthy relationships—to support long-term independence and prevent housing instability.
Transitional Living
Our programs provide transitional housing and supervised independent living for youth ages 14–24 who are aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness. Youth receive safe housing, case management, and support with employment, education, and daily living skills—helping them move toward stable, self-sufficient futures.
