Youth Stability Program
Providing Housing Stability
& Support for Young Adults
Partnership’s Youth Stability Program is a HUD-funded initiative that helps youth ages 18-24 in the Greater Chattanooga area secure safe housing and long-term stability. Youth Advancement Services provides rental assistance, transitional housing, and case management while supporting employment, education, and well-being.
Home First Strategy
Prioritizes stable housing as the first step toward independence. Participants in transitional housing work with a case manager to secure permanent housing and access essential services. This low-barrier approach ensures young adults have a safe place to live while building a stable future.
Life Skills for Success
Provides the tools for long-term success, including education, employment, and financial guidance. Mental health referrals, crisis support, and life skills training help young adults navigate adulthood with confidence. Community events foster connection and celebrate progress.
