River City Youth Collective
Support & Stability for Young Adults Aging Out of Foster Care
Partnership’s River City Youth Collective provide resources for housing, life skills training, and mentorship for education beyond GED and career readiness. Our program supports financial stability, career readiness, and self-sufficiency, ensuring a successful path to adulthood.
Support & Resource Center
Resource Center is a drop-in hub for youth and young adults ages 14-26 who are or have been in foster care. It offers mentorship, education support, career guidance, and financial literacy training to help build independence. Youth can access budgeting, goal setting, self-advocacy, college prep, job readiness, and leadership development—all without housing requirements.
Supervised Independent Living
Supervised Independent Living provides safe, stable housing for young adults ages 18-26 transitioning out of foster care. Residents receive case management, life skills training, financial assistance, career coaching, and mentorship to support their independence. RCYC helps them build self-sufficiency, financial stability, and confidence for long-term success.
