Advocacy Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: Supporting Access, Independence, and Opportunity

Partnershipโ€™s Advocacy Services strengthen independence and promote equal access for Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing individuals in Chattanooga and across Tennessee. Through case management, employment support, and assistive technology, our team works alongside clients to reduce barriers in education, healthcare, housing, and the workplace

Case Management

Case management provides direct support to Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing individuals navigating daily life. Services include:

  • Connecting clients with housing, healthcare, and education resources

  • Assisting with benefits and community programs

  • Advocating for accessibility and equal rights

These services ensure individuals have the tools and resources needed to live independently and with dignity.

Employment Support

Employment services prepare Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing individuals for meaningful careers. Support includes:

  • Career coaching and job readiness training

  • Resume building and interview preparation

  • Job placement services and partnerships with inclusive employers

By connecting job seekers with supportive workplaces, we help increase economic stability and strengthen the workforce.
