The Partnership’s Youth Services Program ensures the safety and well-being of youth by providing safe homes through foster care and adoption for children who have been neglected or abused.
Partnership focuses on providing a safe home and responsible caregiver to help each child develop positive social, educational and emotional skills, enabling youth to discover their strengths and potential for future success.
Partnership staff maintain close relationships with youth placed with Partnership Foster Families, regularly meeting face-to-face with the children and providing ongoing support to Foster Parents.
Extensive “Parents as Tender Healers Training” among other high standards is required for Partnership Foster Parents. Click here for PATH training dates.
In June 2014, Partnership opened the I.A.M. READY Center to further serve our local children in foster care. The I.A.M. Ready Center is geared to prepare youth who are aging out of foster care with financial readiness, life/social skills and health education. For more information, please call 423-643-6444.
