CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 22, 2026) — Partnership for Families, Children and Adults (Partnership) is welcoming two new team members, Porshce Pratt as Community Engagement Manager and Anna Hill as Marketing Manager, further strengthening its mission to support Chattanooga’s most vulnerable neighbors.
Porshce Pratt joins Partnership’s Victim Support Services Program as Community Engagement Manager, where she leads community engagement efforts by overseeing interns and volunteers, coordinating donations that support survivors and families in need, and conducting outreach to strengthen awareness and access to services. In her role, Pratt works to build and maintain community partnerships, expand resource networks, and ensure individuals impacted by crisis receive compassionate care and critical support.
Prior to joining Partnership, Pratt served as a Parent Volunteer Coordinator with Hamilton County Schools, where she supported family engagement initiatives and helped strengthen connections between parents, schools, and community resources. Her background in education and community coordination has fueled her passion for advocacy, relationship-building, and service to families. She will graduate in May with a Bachelor of Social Work from King University, further strengthening her foundation in social services and her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
Anna Hill joins Partnership as Marketing Manager, supporting the organization’s marketing and communications efforts. She holds a BSBA in marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and brings a strong background in marketing and brand strategy.
Prior to joining Partnership, Hill served as Marketing Coordinator for Colonial Chemical, Inc., where she developed and executed marketing initiatives to support business growth. She is deeply passionate about the people of Chattanooga and is committed to using her skills to support mission-driven work that strengthens the community.
“I am honored to be part of Partnership for Families, Children and Adults because I believe in the power of community to heal, support, and uplift individuals during some of their most
difficult moments,” says Pratt. “It is a privilege to contribute to a mission that brings hope and resources to those who need it most.”
“I am thrilled to be joining Partnership. Their work in the community holds a deeply personal place in my heart, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to support their mission and advocate for Chattanooga’s most vulnerable,” says Hill.
