Financial Stability & Life Skills

Building Stability Through Life Skills and Economic Support

We offer financial stability and life skills support for youth, young adults, and families working to overcome economic challenges. Our services help participants increase income, build independent living skills, and reduce reliance on emergency assistance. Through personalized coaching and goal-based case management, we connect individuals and families to education, employment, transportation, and other essential resources.

Helping Young Adults Build Independence

We support youth and young adults working toward financial stability and independent living. Our services assist those aging out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or lacking consistent family support. Participants receive case management, job readiness training, education support, housing navigation, financial coaching, and help meeting basic needs. Referrals come through the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, Chattanooga State, and local schools and community partners.

Support for Families Building Stability

We assist families working to overcome financial challenges and improve long-term stability. Our two-generation model supports both parents and children through coordinated services. Families receive case management, employment support, financial literacy coaching, access to transportation and childcare, and help meeting basic needs. Referrals come through the Tennessee Department of Human Services, early childhood programs, and community-based organizations.
