In 1984, we took ownership of our Domestic Violence Shelter.
The 115-year-old building has served us well, but not without issues. In 2024, the building was remediated for mold. In fall of 2025, we began a multi-floor renovation process.
The result will be two new kitchens and bathrooms for our clients.
With domestic violence shelter stays up 67% over a three-year period, every square inch is in high demand.
