Ann Gunter, Executive Assistant to Kevin Hyde, recently celebrated her 35th anniversary with Partnership for Families, Children and Adults. We asked her to share her thoughts on this occasion.

“It’s hard to believe I’ve been with Partnership for 35 years this month! I’m grateful for the opportunity to spend more than three decades with this incredible agency.

“When I was first hired in 1990, I worked in Youth Services and was then recruited to work in the Executive Office. I could never have imagined the journey ahead — an ongoing learning experience filled with many agency accomplishments, changes, and challenges. Above all, we have seen the positive impact of our work that ripples through the communities we serve. And that’s what our efforts are all about!

“This agency has been a place where help is available, where voices are heard, and where the mission is always bigger than any one of us. It’s a place where the staff, board members, volunteers, and partners come together with a shared purpose.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the agency’s journey. It’s a place where I’ve grown personally and professionally and felt a belonging with a great sense of purpose that comes from knowing that we are helping people and families. I’m looking forward to continuing my work with Partnership, and I’m excited to be part of its future projects and plans for growth and impact!”
