Development Support Volunteer

Reports To: Chief Development and Communications Officer
Employment Type: Volunteer
Time Commitment: 2-4 hrs. per week (2 openings)

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented volunteer to help support donor relations with our development team. This role will help Partnership’s Development team engage with current and former donors, maximize use of our CRM, and perform other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Relations

  • Write Donor “Thank You” Cards
  • Write Donor “Birthday” Cards

Administrative

  • Research donor birthdays
  • Document in the CRM
  • Other tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
