CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 19, 2026)—Partnership for Families, Children and Adults is excited to welcome Kolbie Bobo as the newest HOPE Case Manager for the HOPE Initiative program.
In her new role, Bobo will work closely with children and families year-round, providing weekly support, helping connect families with resources, and building consistent relationships with participants.
“I want to walk alongside the kids and families and make sure they feel supported and heard,” Bobo said.
Bobo first became involved with Partnership as a volunteer. Later, as a part of her criminal justice studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she was hired as a part-time intern, a short-term, entry-level, work-based learning experience.
Although she originally planned to become a criminal investigator, her experience with Partnership helped her realize her passion for working directly with survivors of trauma and supporting families.
“Throughout my experience at Partnership, I learned how to be an advocate,” she said. “It doesn’t have to be elaborate. It is just showing up and listening to what people need.”
Michelle Howard, HOPE Initiative Program Manager, said Bobo quickly stood out because of her compassion and dedication to children and families.
“She completely leaned in, always asking how she could help,” Michelle said. “She naturally built relationships with families and children and has always led with empathy and compassion.”
Bobo said she is excited to experience Camp HOPE firsthand this summer and continue supporting the growth of children and families in the program.
