YOUTH HOMELESSNESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM

What we do:

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) empowers local youth to achieve housing stability by supporting employment, education, and social-emotional well-being. YHDP provides comprehensive services including personalized case management, transitional housing, and rapid re-housing through rental assistance.

Who we serve:

YHDP serves youth ages 18 to 24 who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness within the Greater Chattanooga area.
