Victims of Crime Act Program


The Partnership’s Victims of Crime Act advocates/case managers offer comprehensive services to elders (age 60 and up) and disabled adults (age 18 to 59) who have been victimized either physically, psychologically, financially or sexually. Our services are free and confidential to residents of Hamilton County, Tennessee. Our services assist victims in stabilizing their life after the victimization, help to understand and participate in the criminal justice system, and provide a measure of safety and security. Advocates and case managers will provide court accompaniment, housing assistance, safety planning, shelter, help with orders of protections.
