The Partnership's Youth Services Program ensures the safety and well-being of youth by providing safe homes through foster care and adoption for children who have been neglected or abused. Partnership focuses on providing a safe home and responsible caregiver to help each child develop positive social, educational and emotional skills, enabling youth to discover their strengths and potential for future success.
